Market Concept

Understand how markets segment tenant configuration, storefront behavior, and business rules in Revenue Cloud.

A Market is a business segment inside a tenant, such as a country, region, brand storefront, or channel-specific context. Markets let apps apply configuration, pricing, and behavior per segment while still operating inside one tenant boundary.

Why markets exist

  • Support localized pricing, tax, currency, and payment behavior.
  • Separate B2B and B2C rules under one tenant.
  • Reuse one app deployment with market-specific settings overrides.
  • Operate multiple storefront experiences without duplicating tenant data.

Scope model

Relationship to storefronts

One storefront can serve multiple markets, or each market can have a dedicated storefront. Market is an app-level concept coordinated by the core markets app.
